Ella Aesthetics Clinic Policy

At Ella Aesthetics, client safety, wellbeing and professional standards are our highest priority. In order to ensure every treatment is carried out safely and responsibly, all clients are required to carefully review and comply with the following clinic policies before receiving any treatment.

Medical Consultation & Medical History Form

All clients are required to complete a full medical history and consultation form upon arrival prior to any treatment being carried out.

This form is essential in allowing us to assess whether treatment is suitable and safe based on your individual medical history, allergies, current medications, previous treatments, health conditions or any other factors that may affect treatment outcomes.

Failure to disclose accurate medical information may compromise your safety and may result in treatment being refused.

Age Restriction & Identification Verification

All injectable and advanced aesthetic treatments offered by Ella Aesthetics are strictly available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

All new clients may be required to provide valid government-issued photographic identification, including:

  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Government-issued ID Card

If suitable identification cannot be provided, treatment will not proceed under any circumstances.

Suitability For Treatment

All treatments are subject to professional assessment and suitability.

Ella Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where we determine that treatment is not medically appropriate, unsafe or not in the client’s best interest.

Treatment may be refused for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Certain medical conditions
  • Active skin infections or inflammation
  • Allergic reactions or known sensitivities
  • Recent conflicting aesthetic procedures
  • Contraindicated medications
  • Unrealistic treatment expectations
  • Evidence of intoxication or substance impairment
  • Any concerns regarding client safety or wellbeing

Any refusal of treatment is made solely in the interest of client safety and professional responsibility.

Consent & Acknowledgement Of Risk

Prior to treatment, all clients are required to sign a treatment consent form confirming that they fully understand the procedure being performed.

By signing consent, clients acknowledge that they understand:

  • The nature and purpose of the treatment
  • Expected outcomes may vary between individuals
  • No specific results can ever be guaranteed
  • Possible side effects and complications may occur
  • Results may differ depending on anatomy and healing response
  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results
  • Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully

Clients confirm they have had the opportunity to ask questions before treatment begins.

Possible Risks & Side Effects

As with all aesthetic treatments, certain temporary side effects or complications may occur.

These may include but are not limited to:

  • Swelling
  • Bruising
  • Tenderness
  • Redness
  • Temporary asymmetry
  • Bleeding at injection site
  • Skin sensitivity
  • Minor discomfort during treatment
  • Infection (rare)
  • Delayed healing response
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic result

More serious complications, while uncommon, can occur and will always be discussed during consultation where relevant.

Treatment Refusal Policy

Ella Aesthetics maintains full professional discretion to refuse treatment at any time.

Treatment will be refused if:

  • Medical history raises safety concerns
  • Required consent documentation is not completed
  • Valid identification cannot be provided
  • Client is under 18 years of age
  • Client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Practitioner believes treatment is not appropriate
  • Practitioner believes client expectations are unrealistic
  • Practitioner believes treatment may cause harm

Client safety will always take priority over proceeding with treatment.

Deposits & Appointments

Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by management.

Appointment changes or cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or cancellation of appointment.

Aftercare Responsibility

Following treatment, all clients are responsible for carefully following aftercare instructions provided by Ella Aesthetics.

Failure to follow aftercare guidance may negatively affect results and may increase the risk of complications.

Ella Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

By booking an appointment and proceeding with treatment, clients confirm that they:

  • Have provided truthful and accurate medical information
  • Understand the risks and possible side effects involved
  • Consent voluntarily to treatment
  • Confirm they are aged 18 years or older
  • Understand that results cannot be guaranteed
  • Agree to follow all aftercare guidance provided by Ella Aesthetics
